What to carry?

  1. I use the Amphipod RunLite 2+ Hydration belt. I have two bottles and two pouches, but usually just carry the one bottle. The pouches are big enough for my phone and mp3 player in one, and for long runs, in the other I carry a Gu, some JellyBelly energy jelly beans, ibuprofen, and like a peanut butter cracker sandwich. I don't often use more than the Gu, but sometimes at about mile 8, you get a little hungry.
