These shoes get rave reviews online, the only things people say is that they take a while to break in and get used to. I applaud you for taking on this running thing. I am a former, and soon to be again runner. Currently waiting for surgeon approval post neck fusion to start running again. the couch to 5k is a great program. -Wayward Wanderer
